![]() In addition to the church’s homegroups overseen by Terence Russoff, we have three further groups which meet fortnightly in the daytime and two which meet in the evening, one on Zoom, one face-to-face. If you already consider yourself a Christian and have some familiarity with the Bible, we would love to find a place for you in an existing group. If you’d like to continue after that, we have a series of other courses which follow on, giving you a three year programme, but you are free to step out at any time if you feel your needs have been met. Absolutely no Bible knowledge is required for this and you won’t be asked to pray, read out loud, or answer tricky questions! We start with a course called Christianity Explored. We usually start a new group in the Autumn, which is focussed on people who want to know more about the Christian faith. Only Jesus, who has known us and loved us our entire lives, can truly provide that anchor, but so often we find ourselves looking elsewhere for answers, security and hope, and when we face life’s storms, we begin to get tossed around and lose our bearings. We live in strange times and we all need an anchor for our souls, something to hold us steady as we face all that life throws at us. To find out more, please contact our Home Group Co-ordinators Terence and Robyn Russoff via the church office at you have a desire to go deeper with God alongside others and gain stronger foundations for your faith, or to explore faith for the very first time, do consider joining an Anchor Group. So, if you are interested in joining a group, we would love to chat with you. Our vision is to see the majority of the church family in a home group with as far as practicable a group suitable for everyone. We believe that Home Groups have a vital role to play in how we grow spiritually as Christians. We have an online group for parents with young families. ![]() ![]() They typically meet fortnightly and there is a mix of daytime and evening groups. We have groups spread across the Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Loudwater, Mill End, and Chalfont areas. Each group has a unique feel but they are all friendly, loving, and with some social times together. And they are the place where it is often easiest to get to know people. They offer discipleship, Bible Study, prayer, fellowship, support, and encouragement. Home Groups are a loving environment where we can grow spiritually, whether we have been a Christian for a short while, or for many years.
